A lot of the time, defaulting customers are unable to be contacted by telephone and letters. In these situations the most appropriate option is a field visit. It could also be an option to consider prior to proceeding with legal action and document service if the physical address of the customer is not confirmed, as legal documents have to be served personally on the debtor or defendant.
- Field Visits: A Field Visit can result in the confirmation of the customer, property and vehicle ownership and contact information such as work numbers and addresses.
- Loan Application Signups: Are you a loan company with no rural office and you’ve had an enquiry for a loan signup? We can complete chattel inspection and loan application signups in the time frame you specify anywhere in Otago and Southland.
- Obtaining payment on Unsecured Debts: We can obtain information about the customer’s financial situation by interviewing them to get an understanding of their income and expenditure with a view to establishing payment arrangements.
